While I believe the upside of a second debate would be for Harris not Trump, I don't think it will happen because (1) his team does not want a repeat of the drubbing he got, and (2) with just under two months left before voting day, Harris has pointed out his unfitness and should now focus on retail politics, taking her case to the people in swing states and continuing her brilliant social media campaign including the trolling. Did you see the targeted ads and drone show before the debate? Brilliant. If he saw any of that, he was already fuming when he walked on stage, then further disarmed by the handshake and her words on stage.
