Very hard. Nearly impossible for most people. I just took a week off. I surrepticiously checked my emails (even though my boss always tells me not to). I lasted two days before I answered one. I have saved a whole bunch more for when I return on Monday. Why can't we just let go? It's culturally engrainedin this country that you're a slacker if you disconnect from work.
