Fine. Stand there and speak. There is also a two-speech rule in the Senate, so you can do it twice, I guess. When you are worn out, the next Senator can stand there and speak, and she can do it twice. On and on it will go, and will drag out for a horribly, horribly long time, but, when those speeches are done, it is over, and then there is a vote and the majority, 50 plus 1, passes the legislation.
