This month I published five roundups of five Medium articles each. Twenty-five gems. Twenty-three writers. And those were just the stories and essays I could not resist sharing. There were so many more.

Medium writers are stars in a constellation of talent as diverse and brilliant as any images the James Webb space telescope might offer.

Besides giving me priceless gifts to share, my reading inspired a banquet of story ideas and my drafts file is now groaning like a Thanksgiving dinner table for ten. It’s high time all these story ingredients get assembled, cooked, and served up. So I’m going to focus on reading less and writing more. For now.

I’ll still be clipping links and tags and tossing them into a draft for mid-September publication. I’ll keep discovering favorites, meeting new friends, and discovering fresh points of view.
