What if every letter of your first name were a song?

I’m sure I’m not the only one whose life has a soundtrack. Mine is usually rock or pop or alternative with sometimes a little country or Latin or jazz or classical tossed in.

Wherever I go, whatever I do, music is my constant companion. So here’s my version of the “every letter of your first name is a song” challenge.

The ‘Each Letter of Your First Name Is a Song’ Challenge

It’s not easy. In fact, it’s challenging. Especially if your name, like mine, has only three letters to work with. In my case, B’s, A’s, and R’s. I’ve sorted them by decades.

B for the 60s.

A for the 70s.

R for the 80s.

B for the 90s.

A for the aughts —

And then I struck out trying to find an “A” song for what would be the early years of my seventh decade, 2020–2022. It just wasn’t enough time and I’ve been busy with other things and haven’t kept up with pop…
