That is what I believe will prevail. Scientology is atheistic so the court will not touch this. Religion or not. In fact I believe that, like in other countries, e.g., Germany, Scientology’s IRS exemption as a “religion” is itself at risk. Especially if they keep filing ridiculous suits that shine the spotlight on their ugliness.
