Thank you for these suggestions, and I like the premise of longevity reflecting fitness. I am always hungry in the morning but I prefer whole grains to eggs or other proteins as they don't sit as heavily on my stomach. Oatmeal, fruit, a few nuts, almond milk, and a handful of bran cereal is my go-to.
