Each time the super rich are given tax cut (remember Trump’s massive 2017 tax cuts?), the lost revenue is a cost to the rest of America. Each time Republicans waste months and years doing nothing but investigating things like Whitewater, Benghazi and just plain refusing to govern, the cost to the American people is inaction — and yet, while they are receiving their paychecks for doing absolutely nothing, in the case of the Frick Bridge 14,500 cars each day were wearing it down until it collapsed.
