It's good to go back. I'm glad you can find what you remember there; it sounds like culture changes more slowly in Scandinavian countries, which I would welcome. I've been back to Canada just a few times since I left at 19, and each time I go back I find more of what I remember is now missing. Canada used to have much more of a unique culture from the US, but as time goes on, this is less true. Fewer Canadian businesses and retailers and more American chains, for example.
