Inexplicable, yes, and so tragic. One explanation I dare not consider is that the reason so many support a man so "completely amoral, profoundly dishonest, racist to the core and so flawed in every possible way a human can be" is that when they look in a mirror, that is who is looking back at them. I sure hope his voters and supporters are not reflective of his values but are merely gaslit and propagandized into blind submission, because if his 7M voters were mini-Tr**p's, this country is doomed.
