I was raised in a home where English was not the first language. Kids used to ask me in school to swear in my native tongue, but I couldn't, because my parents didn't swear. The strongest word I ever heard them use in our language was "ass." I appreciate the lesson learned and try not to swear in public, or even much at home. It's basic respect for the people around you.
