I felt exactly the same way, and each day before or since every time I have heard about what fresh hell he's wrought on the country. As someone born Canadian and naturalized American since 2008, I am furious on behalf of all the Canadians and those Americans who, like me, voted for the highly qualified prosecutor and are now facing the blowback from tariffs. Tariffs for WHAT? Canada and Mexico have only ever been friends and allies to us. As a Californian, I am furious that this sorry excuse for a human had vitally needed water (to put out wildfires and water crops) in California spilled into a flood basin. As a human being I am appalled he is building a camp for other human beings - including women and CHILDREN - to be detained and probably forced into labor. As a human being I'm appalled he's rolled back the drug negotiations and is making people pay $1000s of dollars for their life-saving insulin. And if they have to decide between groceries, rent, or medication, all three are unaffordable to many. So people should just die? He is a tiny cockroach who lives to hurt people while putting money in his pockets. Devoid of empathy or humanity. Every day, though I don't believe in a supreme being, I still pray to every god of every religion to rid us of this monster.
