I did this for decades. Two years ago I stopped. My life has never been the same since I stopped obsessing about calories, points, hours between meals (IF), carb and protein grams. You name it, I've counted it, and all that counting did was gave me more pounds to count. I haven't gained weight since I stopped dieting. Would I love to be a size 6 again? Probably, but there's nothing wrong with me as I am. I'm healthy, and I am here for my family and friends.
