I am blessed. I have exactly the kind of boss who will make the coffee. He will always offer to help set up for or clean up from a meeting. And he is the department director and I am his executive assistant. Such bosses are rare, particularly in America. Of course I always try to beat him to the coffee pot to make it and don’t accept his offer to clean up because his time is worth three times what mine is!
