Unfortunately... the camera may not catch anything as I don't think ghosts are experienced with the visual sense. at least, not entirely. I've heard they cause the temperature to drop (and felt that myself in Massacre Canyon in California, at the site of a massacre during a war between two indigenous tribes). You might see something move in the room, like the curtains. If the camera has a microphone, it might pick up a sound.

Or the only manifestation of the spirit may be the uneasiness that you and your son both feel, a vestige from the past or the parallel world of the dead.

But as long as the weirdness is confined to that one wee room, locking the door and staying out is a good strategy!

That, and your original idea of exorcism or having the room blessed by someone with experience with these things.
