Great show. Hard to watch at times, and you expect more humor than you get (probably looking for Shameless, the Sequel), but it's real and it's about respect, as you say. I haven't had a good Italian beef in years (more like decades), since I lived in Toronto in the early 1980s and used to pick up beef or sausage sandwiches after the bars closed, at this place that served them all night. Ate them in the car at 3 AM. Best eats ever.
