Great article, Manny. Much more should be written about Liz Cheney. Although I disagree with most of her politics, she stands out as a profile in courage amongst Republicans.

The NY Times and Washington Post, once reputable, keep doing this: talking to people who voted for Trump, sometimes twice, as though their judgment was credible. Just read their comments on Trump versus Biden and you'll see that the MAGA narrative has percolated down to right-leaning "Independent" voters. Most of them said some version of Biden is crooked, demented, ineffective, and taking the country in a worse direction, all evidence to the contrary for anyone whose eyes are open. They must watch Fox News at least some of the time as half of them plan to vote for Trump again, considering him the lesser of two evils.

What the actual f...? Up is down, black is white, traitors are patriots.

I can only think the propaganda machine is working overtime.
