Every so often, a recruiter pops up out of LinkedIn jobs and emails me to ask if I want an administrative assistant job for half of what I am currently making. I usually just delete, but if I respond, it is to reiterate my profile, my experience, and what I am looking for (which is all right there on my profile) and tell them I am not looking for adminstrative work. Then crickets. LinkedIn is a crappy place to find work.
