Why does a political party which supports ownership of assault rifles and blocks any reasonable, fair and rational attempt to regulate that ownership have the support of Christians? Why is support for the death penalty a Christian thing? Why is funneling trillions of dollars into the endless stockpiling of weapons of war and mass destruction a Christian thing? Why is being anti-vaccine, when vaccines are primarily meant to be you doing your part to protect others from the rampant spread of a virus, most particularly to protect the elderly and the frail among you, a Christian thing? Why is opposition to universal, government-paid healthcare, the lack of which means people suffer and even die prematurely from lack of access to adequate and timely healthcare, a Christian thing?
